NMB Billing Crisis | Drastic steps to recover R1.7bn in unpaid bills

JOHANNESBURG - The Nelson Mandela Bay Metro in the Eastern Cape is facing severe financial constraints.

And officials there say businesses failing to pay their municipal bills which total around one-point-seven-billion-rand are the main driver.

MMCs in the Metro's Services Cluster, revealed the drastic steps the municipality will embark on to recover money owed.
