JOHANNESBURG - Some electrifying news from Eskom.
Unit 2 of the Koeberg Nuclear Power Station is officially back online lighting up the national grid after some serious TLC.
This isn’t just any upgrade, it's a 20-year life extension which means more power, less downtime and hopefully less load shedding.
Koeberg now pumps out nearly 2,000 megawatts of power.
Could this be the spark South Africa needs to light the way to a more stable energy future?
