PIETERMARITZBURG - There’s a glimmer of relief for South Africans grappling with mounting living expenses.
The Household Affordability Index, which tracks food price data, shows a decrease in the costs of the household food basket by nearly 1.5% in June.
The average cost of essential groceries dipped slightly, by R77,53 cents, from R5,330 in May.
