Discussion | Cape Town mayor talks on Sky Circle, linking townships and the city

CAPE TOWN - Mitchells Plain, Khayelitsha, Claremont and Wynberg will soon be linked. 

That will be possible when the innovative elevated Sky Circle is complete.
