JOHANNESBURG - Gavin Kelly of the SA Road Freight Association says many of South Africa's roads were not built to withstand the pressures caused by more trucks on the roads.
At the same time, the SA Road Freight Industry says it has few options in terms of reducing the damage to the roads.
