JOHANNESBURG - The 7th administration has made it clear it is forging ahead with plans to build a nuclear power plant despite resistance by the Democratic Alliance which is part of the Government of National Unity.

Electricity and Energy Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa made it clear there is no turning back on nuclear plans.
