CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town plans to invest R120bn in infrastructure projects over the next decade and says they're on track.

The metro aims to outspend Durban, Johannesburg and Pretoria on infrastructure over the next three years.
It will target Water and Sanitation, Energy, Urban Waste, Human Settlements and Urban Mobility.
