JOHANNESBURG - Don't start planning extra car trips for December just yet.
That's because there is still a mixed outlook for expected fuel prices.
The latest data from the Central Energy Fund suggests that there is an under-recovery of more than 40 cents on a litre of diesel.

This means an increase is on the cards.
For petrol, there is a slight over-recovery on 93-grade petrol of more than 11 cents, but for 95-grade there might still be an under-recovery.
However, there is still more than a week left for things to change.
The December fuel price adjustment will come into effect on Wednesday 4 December.
