CAPE TOWN - A R7bn expansion programme is set to change not only the Cape Winelands economic landscape but also the aviation industry.
The new and expanded Cape Winelands Airport promises to be world class with a myriad of aviation services.
It's a privately owned airport, and the first phase is expected to be operational by 2027.
Once up and running, it will alleviate congestion at Cape Town International.
For more details, eNCA spoke to the airport's General Manager Mark Wilkinson.
