WATCH | City Power hits back after rates boycott threat

JOHANNESBURG - Businesses in Kya Sands say enough is enough.

Frustrated at ongoing power outages in addition to Eskom's rolling blackouts, they're now planning to take legal action against City Power.

They say their other option is to also withhold rates and taxes, but it's a challenge the power utility intends meeting head on.
