WATCH | Cape Town begins construction of solar project

CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town is ramping up efforts to address its power crisis.

Construction has started on the City's first solar photovoltaic plant in Atlantis.

The R200m project is set to be completed next year and will boost the City’s grid.
