Discussion | Why having a will is important

JOHANNESBURG - Monday marks the start of the National Wills Week campaign launched by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development. 

This initiative is designed to underscore the importance of having a legally valid will and to guide South Africans through the estate planning process.
