JOHANNESBURG - Government should educate parents on how to use the online placement system.
That's according to clinical psychologist Gerald Williamson.
Thousands of pupils went back to school on Wednesday and there's been an outcry over a number of those still awaiting placement.

At the same time, some parents are calling for the system to be scrapped.
“It seems there’s no support to prepare parents for that log-on experience," Williamson said.
"The department can look into that and offer support."
