WATCH: Economist warns of global recession in 2023

JOHANNESBURG - South Africa will have to get rid of blackouts to improve its economic outlook.

That is according to economist and market analyst Viv Govender.

"Unfortunately the trend line in terms of energy and other factors are very much against us at the moment."
