JOHANNESBURG - South Africa is moving between Stage 6 and 8 power cuts, contrary to what Eskom is telling us.
That's according to energy expert Ruse Moleshe.
She says it's no surprise as there is just not enough capacity.

The country continues to be in the dark and stages could be ramped up to up to 16 if Eskom gets its way.
"We're hearing and expecting and not surprised that there are higher stages of load-shedding," said Moleshe.
"As we have been saying in the past, the more demand increases and the more outages we have that are unplanned, the likelihood is that you're going to have higher stages of load-shedding."
