JOHANNESBURG - The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) says government doesn't need the National State of Disaster to address the energy crisis.
It's gone to court to overturn last week’s government declaration.

The urgent application was filed on Thursday in the North Gauteng High Court.
Outa executive director, Wayne Duvenage, explained.
"They’ve got all the laws in their favour right now to progress to introduce emergency procurement. They don’t need a state of disaster."
