Forensic Psychologist says Thabo Bester a 'consummate conman'

JOHANNESBURG - Thabo Bester is a conman and fraud is part of who he is.

That is according to Investigative Forensic Psychologist, Dr Gerard Labuschagne.

He interviewed Bester in 2011 as an awaiting trial prisoner and says the fugitive cannot use his upbringing as an excuse to commit crimes.
