Expert says govt plan on energy long overdue

JOHANNESBURG - Energy expert Chris Yelland says the time for government to put plans into action is long overdue.

It has become such a norm for South Africans who plan their lives around it.

Eskom on Wednesday announced a return to Stage 3 rolling blackouts.

This will be implemented until further notice.
