Service delivery complaints and grievances in Tshwane

PRETORIA - The City of Tshwane is without a mayor again.

Cilliers Brink was voted out in an ANC-sponsored motion of no confidence over poor performance.

But, he says it's nothing to do with service delivery but rather political greed.

The Capital Council is expected to elect a new mayor in two weeks.
