JOHANNESBURG - As we count down to the general elections, the campaign focus is set to shift to digital platforms.

Political parties, churches and civil society seem to agree that young people should be actively encouraged to participate in the polls.

And one effective way of doing this, is to engage the youth in the language they understand, social media.
