JOHANNESBURG - More than 2,300 new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in South Africa.
That brings the total number of cases in the country to 790, 004.
The death toll has risen by 58 to 21, 535.
Out of the 58 new reported deaths, 32 are from the Eastern Cape, 15 are from the Western Cape, five are from the Free State while Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal have reported both reported three fatalities.
The total number of recoveries is 731 242.
