WATCH | NMB residents living with sewage spills for months

NELSON MANDELA BAY - Residents in some parts of the Nelson Mandela Bay metro have been living with sewage running down the streets and even close to their homes for almost a year now.

They say the spill has affected them and their children but reporting the matter to their local ward councillors falls on deaf ears.

The metro meanwhile says most of the blocked drains are caused by residents flushing foreign objects down their toilets.
