WATCH | Crime In SA | 'Teenager should be charged as an adult'

CAPE TOWN - Activist, Tanya Bippert says the teenager who is accused of murdering 16-year-old Deveney  Nel should be charged as an adult.

The accused appeared in the Caledon Magistrate's Court on Monday.

He was charged with murder, and his case has been postponed to 8 September.
