JOHANNESBURG - The ANC must adapt or die. That was the finding of the party's National Executive meeting, held last week.

The NEC meeting preceded the Lekgotla, which began on Sunday.

The Lekgotla, which brings together the NEC, provincial representatives, ANC ministers, premiers and mayors, will end on Tuesday.
