Western Cape flood victims plead for better living conditions

CAPE TOWN - As mop-up operations continue in flood-hit Western Cape, disaster relief Group, Gift of the Givers, says over ten thousand residents have been impacted.

The NGO today provided relief aid to over forty-one informal settlements in the Cape Metro, including Barcelona and Kanana Informal settlements in Gugulethu.
