JOHANNESBURG - Al-Jamah-ah President Ganief Hendricks is digging in his heels, and says his party will not be dictated to by the ANC.

Hendricks hopes to broker a deal that will keep Kabelo Gwamanda as Joburg mayor until December.

This starkly contrasts with the ANC, who want him gone as soon as next week.
