Cape of Storms | Snow attracts visitors to Winelands

JOHANNESBURG - Snow in the Western Cape forced the closure of some roads between Touws Rivier and Ceres, Worcester, and along the N1.

The Cape Winelands District Municipality is monitoring the Slanghoek Road and Merwe-Straat low-water bridges over the flooded Breede River.
