Water access a pipe dream in North West
MAHIKENG - The Water Mafia and poor infrastructure are being blamed for the North West water crisis.
Many communities haven't had access to potable water for the better part of 20 years.
Despite previous government interventions and the recent 'Operation Bulela Metsi' nothing has changed.
