eNCA News Team

eNews Channel Africa lives by one simple motto: No fear. No favour.

It was an ethos nurtured by South Africa's first free-to-air television station. Its small news team quickly gained a reputation for the fearless pursuit of truth. In 2008 that team launched South Africa's first 24-hour news channel. In 2012, the eNews Channel rebranded, becoming eNews Channel Africa, eNCA, and expanding its audience to include 10 million homes in the UK. The name might have changed, but the values that made the Channel great still stand. Journalists and anchors speak truth to power, ask the tough questions, and dig deeper to reveal the stories that really matter to South Africans. eNews Channel Africa is proud of its role in a developing and ever changing democracy, and a society that captures the imagination of the world.
