The dryland sledding community and the NSPCA are at loggerheads over the interpretation of a 64-year-old piece of legislation. Isabel Wentzel of the SPCA's Wildlife Protection Unit discusses the ordinance, which in its current form, outlaws any form of dog racing - including dog sled races.
