JOHANNESBURG - A lack of infrastructure and inadequate maintenance have often resulted in the government not fulfilling its obligations effectively.

As South Africa prepares for a new administration, eNCA looks at infrastructure and the role that a new government should play in managing it, especially water and transportation assets.
