WATCH | Accused's financial records the focus at Meyiwa murder trial

JOHANNESBURG - The financial records of one of the men accused of Senzo Meyiwa's death is expected to be the focus this morning. 

Muzi Sibiya's bank statements show multiple transactions during the period surrounding Meyiwa's 2014 murder in Vosloorus, which contradicts his claims of being in KwaZulu-Natal at the time. 

Proceedings were brought to an abrupt halt on Friday when it was discovered that Sibiya's attorney, Thulani Mngomezulu, was missing from court.
