Crime in SA | Tyre spiking incidents spark fear among motorists

PRETORIA - Motorists are being urged to be extra vigilant as an increase in spiking on several roads continues to be a concern. 

The spikes gang pounce on motorists to rob them. Non-working traffic lights and street lights that go for months without working make it easy for criminals to target motorists.
